What are Social Groups?
The GAS Social Groups offer the chance for those on the autism spectrum to meet others who understand them and to develop their social and communication skills.
Who are they for?
The groups are available to young people and adults with Autism Spectrum Conditions.
When do they run?
There are two groups available to suit different schedules. One meets every Thursday afternoon between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. The other meets on Monday evenings between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Where are they held?
The Thursday Group meets at Gerrard Street Baptist Church, Gerrard Street, Aberdeen, AB25 1HA. The Monday group meets fortnightly at our main office on Carnie Drive.
