As a charity we rely on donations and fundraising to be able to provide better services. In the recent few months we have received donations from people who want to support services for individuals with autism in the local area.
Mr and Mrs Brown, parents of a child who has recently joined our Playscheme, generously collected donations for Grampian Autistic Society. In addition to the money they raised, which will support the services we provide to grow, they also donated a trampoline for the Playscheme’s Play Room. Which has been very well received by the children!
Mr McPake held a celebration party for the 10 year anniversary of his son’s passing and collected donations. He also is competing in two darts tournaments and so has the GAS Collection Cans displayed in the bars where they are having the tournaments. He has returned one can holding £153.15 and still has a tournament to come in February.
Lanie took a collection can to collect donations at her parents’ anniversary celebration. There were plenty of notes in it from some very generous people and the total donation came to a fantastic £143.19!
